Story

Located in the heart of Denver's Santa Fe Art District, Urban Space is a sleek and modern event space in town. This brand new sophisticated and yet warm venue emphasizes a gorgeous exposed brick wall and stunning lighting fixtures. Our Orb Room (main floor) has 1,200 square feet, and can accommodate up to 170 people.

In addition to the Orb Room, there is a spacious basement for use.

On the second floor, we have a beautiful Balcony and an Executive Room which is available upon request.

Our beautiful Balcony overlooks the breathtaking mountains of Colorado. The balcony has modern and sophisticated patio furniture including a modern fire pit. It’s one of a kind.

Our EXECUTIVE ROOM is available for corporate meetings featuring a conference room that seats at least 30 people and a small kitchen.

We celebrated a baby shower for our dear friends. We booked the place a few months prior and from beginning to end, Leticia was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We rented the main floor and the basement area. It was great, lots of space for the baby shower games, a bar, and a buffet area. We definitely appreciated the extra time provided to set up the place. Urban Space Unlimited located in the heart of the Santa Fe Art District Denver, CO 80204 was our choice for our Wedding Reception. The space is awesome, set up to easily be transformed into your creative imaginative experience; Unlimited! Leticia is accommodating, punctual, flexible, and truly a pleasure to work with. We are so fortunate to find this hidden gem that is fairly priced and suitable for so many options. Highly recommend!
The baby shower was a total success! Words cannot express how AWESOME it was to work with Leticia! Leticia went above and beyond the new trend we are seeing in the service industry in this day and age of "just enough". Leticia was not only the go-to for all event scheduling and questions about the venue, but she went out of her way to help with suggestions and other planning ideas for the lay out of the seating and accommodations for the agenda for our event. Leticia was a gem the every single time we met, spoke, or communicated at all. Now....Lets talk about the space itself....WOW! The space was modern, had separate facilities that were spacious and immaculately clean. I am so thankful for Leticia, the entire turnout was beyond expectations. This is a DEFINITE recommend to anyone looking to have an event!
Urban Space Unlimited was the perfect place for us to set up our pop up shop at the Santa Fe First Friday Art Walk! The space is beautiful, welcoming and clean. Leticia is a wonderful person to work with and we look forward to working with her and hosting another event at Urban Space soon!
We recently had my 50th Birthday party at Urban Space, using just the Orb room. The venue was modern and clean, while the exposed brick and funky light fixtures added charm and warmth. We used had a DJ in the back room and the front area was perfect for folks who wanted a slightly quieter space to chat. We had about 65 people and the space felt like the right size. We felt at home to decorate and move things to make the space reflect our taste for the party. Leticia was lovely and very easy to communicate with, usually via text. She happily let us come at our convenience to measure and plan décor which made the process pleasant and relaxed. Highly recommend Urban Space!
Urban Space Unlimited is an amazing venue! My high school held our first ever prom here and the staff especially Leticia helped us so much in making our magical night possible. Completely recommend for all types of events and hosts!
This space served us as an AMAZING gallery for our Art Show - Charity event. All staff had great communication. Tons of help on arrangements and and what a great looking space! We are planning on making this one of our go to venues for events! See you next go around
I highly recommend Urban Space Unlimited to anyone looking for a space to host their event! This venue was PERFECT for my rehearsal dinner and Leticia could not have been easier to work with. I hosted about 50 people here for a seated dinner and the venue was awesome for this. I got compliments from almost everyone who attended about how beautiful and unique the space was. Leticia made everything so easy and she was super helpful with the planning leading up to the event. I cannot say enough good things about USU and highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to host a party in Denver.
We were over the moon with the event we recently hosted at Urban Space Unlimited. It is absolutely beautiful inside with a modern and classy aesthetic. The space was clean, comfortable, and up to date, with some gorgeous little accents that worked perfectly to compliment our decorations. I would highly recommend this space to anyone wanting to host a private event in the Denver area. The location is prime and, not only that, Leticia, the owner, was wonderful to work with. We were allowed the freedom and flexibility to make the space our own, and she was always ready to help. Thank you Urban Space Unlimited for a fantastic experience!
My company held their 10th Anniversary Party at Urban Space Unlimited. Leticia was incredibly accommodating to the constant changes we had to make. I've received only compliments about the space and party! The space is so open and adjustable for any size group and the bar service they use was incredible! I know some of the attendees are thinking about events there now! Thanks!
