It’s the best tan spot. Clean, new bulbs, great staff, and more. A++++ don’t waste your money at a cheap spot. Go here. They stand behind their quality. They are getting IV therapy too?? They have cryo as well… 1 stop shop for body hacking.
Spray tan is horrible, always leaves streaks. Nothing is ever working several of the beds have been out of order for weeks but an still charged for full price membership! Waste of money don't go here!
I just started using their services, staff is very knowledgeable, they provide solution on making a decision for your package type. No pressure for buying lotions, treat you like a friend when you walk in, very genuine and inviting atmosphere.
Hands down the best tanning I've found in Portland. Clean, nice location with friendly workers. Actually get great results fast from these beds, highly recommend.
There are some funky policies and plan structures that simply don’t make sense like plans designed for two people, but the two people on the account can’t go on the same day - which makes zero sense. But the facility is clean, staff are friendly, and the service offerings are good. The prices are on the expensive side, but still somewhat manageable.
I’m always so impressed with the staff: I have “difficult” skin and they’ve all been very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. The salon is very clean and in a perfect location.
I came to the Lux Tan Pearl location after being a client at Urban Tan. I was really pleased with the quality of service I received from all of the staff. They were very friendly & helped get me set up with a new package no hassle at all! I've been hearing so many good things about whole body Cryo, so I finally tried it out today! It's such a unique treatment, & it really worked for me. The majority of my aches and back pain were totally relieved! Great clean facility. The next thing I need to try is the Hydrafacial!
I love Lux Tan! I have been doing Red Light Therapy at the Pearl location for nearly a year. I have noticed a brighter, smoother complexion and less muscle soreness. The staff is always friendly and the beds are well maintained. They have a super convenient online booking system so you can book your treatments in advance. Definitely check out Lux & Cryo if you are interested in tanning or other speciality services like Red Light Therapy and Cryotherapy!
