Super hard to get in hold with front desk. Staff isn’t as friendly, they seem uninterested. Decided to change my PCP.
Wonderful staff but I have not had 1 great encounter with the doctor and I've been going there for 2+ years. He is dismissive of my symptoms and makes me feel like I should just put up with whatever it is that's bothering me. I refuse to be treated like this when I am in need of a "professional" to help me medically.
Dr Urena and APN Jossie Murray are fantastic. She explains your bloodwork with patience and does not rush the appointment. Dr Urena makes sure that we follow up with specialist for the best care of his patients. The office staff always friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service provided at this office.
