Every time my family has used this Urgent Care the staff have been friendly and helpful and we received excellent care. Wait times are low if you start visit online from home, and the office is always very clean. Each staff member is also very friendly. Great resource in Steele Creek.
Today was DOT physical renewal day. My nurse practitioner was Jennifer Lopez. She was thorough, polite and seemed genuinely friendly. Actually the other two ladies I had contact with were very polite and friendly also. My visit was first thing in the morning on a wednesday.
They did not care al all did not answer questions ignored me for 2 hrs the place was empty when I complained the nurse threatened to call the cops if I left with a port on so I ripped it out and gave it to her My body my choice. How dare you threaten me.
Pleasant staff. All were very helpful. The Nurse that helped with my stitches was so awesome! In and out pretty quickly even with the X Rays
