Scheduling was easy. Unfortunately, the online check-in system became unresponsive on section 8 of 9, so I was unable to complete it and had to redo the paperwork when I got there. Dr. Sethi performed a thorough physical exam, and listened carefully. He explained the limits of care available through the Urgent Care system, and wrote lab referrals to help me get the answers I needed. My nurse, Julie, was a superb advocate and helped me get the care I needed by scheduling a referral and getting my lab orders in hard copy. She was professional, caring, and the advocate I really needed today. I’d recommend this Urgent Care based on her care alone.
I came right at 9:00 when they opened without an appointment, they were able to see me, test for strep throat and have me on my way within 40 minutes. $160 for office visit and $25 for strep test. Cindy was nice and efficient and Dr. Sethi was okay. Thank you for helping me!
The doctor, nurse and front end staff are amazing. They do not take care credit, which they didn't know until after the appointment that the office doesn't take it. The care was great however so no complaints here.
Incompetent at best, prescribed massive amounts of over the counter pain killers, that would counter act my current regular Dr prescription that I'm on. Said it's a sprain, NOT! I've had it for 2 months. Told me have I thought about a different job? First thing outta his mouth when he walked in the room. What a joke. Voodoo medicine at best.
I was billed $65 for a covid test I could've done on my own at home for free. I was also billed $25 for a Strep throat test I had no idea I was being tested for. Plus it was $190 office visit. I already knew I didn't have Strep throat. I had breathing difficulties, not a sore throat. Doc told me to take two Tylenol and some over the counter allergy medice. Long story short, I got pneumonia shortly after and had to go to a real ER.
If you are in need of medical services I recommend urgent care clinic south. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. The provider, Dr. Wagner, asked about my injury and concerns then evaluated me. He seems very knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my issue. I scheduled a same day appointment and was taken back within 10 minutes of my scheduled time. I appreciated this particularly considering they are a small walk in urgent care with a single provider. The facility is older but clean and well kept. If I am ever in need of an appointment and can’t be seen by my pcp I will use this clinic. Thank you for an efficient thorough visit.
This place is a hidden gem. The staff here is friendly and down to earth, it is clear that they enjoy their jobs here. Cindy the receptionist was very kind and friendly and Amy the nurse and Dr.B were both hilarious and accommodating. I appreciate the atmosphere and how streamlined the process was. Thanks guys!
They’re great! Very kind and very patient. The office was clean and everyone, including the doctor was friendly and attentive.
Dr. Brown was very thorough and the nurses were great. Don’t recommend not feeling good but if you don’t, they’ll take great care of you.
This place doesn’t even deserve a one star. I went there 4 weeks ago after a fall and they X-rayed my injured leg. Nope nothing here and sent me home saying just let your body and pain level decide what to do. 3 1/2 weeks later I had an MRI because I didn’t feel right. After the MRI the mri tech said I should go back and get a copy of my X-ray on a CD. I did and sent that to my new orthopedic doctor. Sure enough the leg was severely broken and even I, a technology person could clearly see the jagged break. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY MEDICAL HELP! They are incompetent at best and a public safety risk!
