Arthur McGowan went above and beyond for us. We moved out of our storage unit and turned in our keys/lock on 12/3 and never received our move out confirmation. Called onn12/6 and Arthur immediately went to walk down our unit and sent me the move-out confirmation within 30 mins! Great customer service and greatly appreciate him!

I'm from Las Vegas and a disabled Veteran and use a walker. I had to carry the stack of boxes out to my car...in Vegas it was no trouble they did it...plus they delivered. Here the gal behind the counter disappeared...when I was going to as for help...After me carrying a small stack of small boxes I was down for 4 days in pain...the second time a young gal did it for me...that was better.

Jennifer was outstanding. Called, waited about 2 mins, they were not able to fulfill a rental that I needed but she quickly jumped into finding the right size truck for us.

I’ve had two contracts with this location and both times I had minimal issues that were fixed immediately. First storage facility that provides a lock with the rental. The entire team is very helpful, but special thanks to Artie and Jennifer for making sure I received the special on my second contract.

Jennifer at midtown went well out of her way to help me out. I couldn’t find any trailers that I was needing for a big move. I called 9 Uhaul locations and she was the only one to help me locate one and reserve it. I’ll only ever go to her for moving and storage services.

Jennifer and her staff at Uhaul were amazing! Courteous and made the process less painful than any other rental company. This location was perfect for us as well. If you are looking for a Uhaul rental this is the location you should go! Excellent staff!

This place is so ghetto. If you book online they will have nothing that you reserve. Your dolly or your truck. Book at the one around the corner

Jennifer is phenomenal! She is very kind, and made my storage experience there very pleasant. She’s always there to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. I would recommend storing here just because of her alone. Thanks Jennifer!

Rented a truck for an hour and filled it up with more gas than I used, they charged for gas anyway. After reviewing the paperwork I realized there was a difference in the amount of gas they claimed the truck had to begin with and the amount it actually had. I don’t recommend this location and suggest you not take their word for current condition of the truck.

If you need anything from U-Haul, please please please talk to Ms Jennifer! I’ve used this U-Haul facility for three moves now over 5 years, but only after meeting her this time must I absolutely leave a 5-star review. We actually came in yesterday for boxes and tape and had a wonderful time with her. Not only is she a delight but she is also extremely helpful. Her energy, her service, her atmosphere all of it literally started our move day and moving experience in a great direction. It’s hard to be motivated about all the work you’re about to do, but if you want someone to give you that extra helpful push, she is who you want to see! Thank you so much Ms. Jennifer! I truly appreciate it!
