US Post Office

I don't know how places like this don't get a serious upgrade with their system and their lever of customers services. I will try to avoid.

I'm being generous treating it a 3 star. The service really sucks. It's a struggle trying to understand whatever the lady is saying.

The delivery driver for my area does not get out of the truck. Updates on deliveries are false. Never leaves a notice of an attempt. Never know which office to pickup your package. 30th st or 21st st. Post master general for this area needs to be more hands on and start evaluating these drivers.

They never leave missed package slips and the delivery driver doesn’t get out to even try to deliver a package. Then they lie and say they couldn’t get to the building. I’d give them negative stars if I could. Ridiculous!

10:15am now on a thrusday and still closed

Horrible customer service and just rude. How do these people not have enough money in their till?

I was home all day. Delivery came and was too lazy to take the box out of the car or ring the bell. Why would you just not LEAVE it as the notice says.

The employees are polite, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.
