WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ESPECIALLY THE LADY AT #2. Unbelievable. I feel like I’m serving HER. Additionally, there is a gigantic <*%ch who keep berating customers with attitudes. All I want is to receive a registered mail…. Someone please fix this place QUICK!!!
normally i don't leave reviews but i visited this post office Friday around 2:30 pm there was such a lovely lady whom went above and beyond to help me, i was little confused about what i needed she assisted me with a friendly face I've been to many usps offices in the tristate however this was the most pleasant experience .
This is my third time here this week because they keep being “unable to deliver” my packages even though I have been receiving other packages and someone has been at my apartment all day every day. There is a very loud beeping noise that is literally always on. I was just informed the pick up window is closed again, but I didn’t know that because the sign isn’t up usually when it’s closed there is a sign and while I have been a waiting about 5 other people got in like ahead of me. The good news is ththat lady that once yelled at me for being confused the tracking information was not matching what she was telling me isn’t here today. Is the beeping getting louder or am I going insane? This isn’t even the worst visit I’ve had at this post office. Probably not even the top 5. I’m sure this is all because of lack of funding and not the people who work here but that isn’t lessening my rage. If you don’t have to go to this post office then don’t, I am not having a good time.
Terribly rude staff, very limited opening hours, always short-staffed. Going to this post office is always a nightmare.
No one is working in the inquiry counter on a Saturday morning when they say they are open. Someone is not doing their job.
Rude staff in this branch. Manager is no help. Folks don’t take feedback seriously. Why do I pay my taxes and accept this treatment?
4 stars only because the location is convenient for me. Wish there there was an entrance from within the Port Authority so I don't have to pass by ALL OF THE HOMELESS PEOPLE AND DRUGGIES hounding you either for money or a cigarette.
It would be more helpful, especially during the holidays, that when calling the direct line of the location you need has the holiday hours for that location. The 800 number gives the general holiday schedule but then says contact your local post office for any extended or shortened operational hours during the holidays. No one ever answers there though.
The Post office is not that bad, its clean, functional and thst seem to do their job for the most part. I've had positive experiences before with the post office and their service. I submitted a change of address order to point my mail and the route to where I intend to move and received the notifications relatively in the mail, at my PO Box and otherwise. On June 14, I initated a mail hold for the month of June, and expect mail to be sent and held. The delivery date was June 30th however I arrive a day early to request to pick up mail, the attendent, at my request, after prompting me to show my ID and provide my information; unfortunately informed me that she doesnt see any mail. What happened to my mail? I was expecting my drivers license to be forwarded and sent a box of my items to myself valued at $4500 expecting through fee remittance to charge me later as they allowed at another PO Box location. She told me there was nothing, how could my packages get lost for a holf mail and ehy wasn't my package returned to a return address? This is USPS's fault and I need to be awarded as a resolution.
Staff was quite helpful and the office is clean, contrary to other reviews. However, Their website says this location does passport renewals and allowed me to make an appointment, and they do not.
