US Post Office

How can this place be so bad! I had to give away a return parcel and I just asked that obnoxious lady from a distance away from the line about where I have to drop off my return package. She gave me a weird look and said get in the line. I said I just wanted to inquire. She said even to inquire you have to be in the line. I stood in the line as it wasn't much. Although it took more than 40 minutes in the queue as they were so lethargic and wanted to take their own sweet time. Finally when it was my turn, I went to the lady and asked the same to which she replied, "just leave the parcel at the window in front of you". I mean she could've just answered the same 30 minutes ago! Ashamed of her behavior and service.

I would want to give these people rating in negative if possible. Two African women at the desk were so mean and rude. We went for a passport appointment for our newborn and for a long time the lady didn't even acknowledge us and when we went to the other lady she again directed us to the previous one and said we were at fault for not knowing where to go and missing our appointment and accused us of lying. Such a stupid lady. They don't even acknowledge you, forget about assisting and that too when you are with a newborn kid. Finally they said they don't have the equipment to take photos and don't know where we can get one. Total waste of time. I hope they both are replaced soon.

Few days before Christmas - only one window open, 10 people in line, no Christmas cards on sale, the workers are too busy to answer even a basic question.

This place is bad and always seems to get worse! While there were two cashiers present, one of them, specifically the Indian girl, occupied herself with organizing boxes rather than attending to the long line of customers waiting. What a lack of consideration for others and a perfect demonstration of awful customer service!

If there is zero star I will give it to them. No worker there. And they delayed everything for everyone. The Indian lady in the front desk, She gave everybody reasons to not assist them and go ahead to help them, beside she is so rude and mean with very bad attitude for most of the customers. These people should help people but they give the people more stress and bad experience in addition waiting in this line for long time because it seems that many people are working there, sitting in the back room and no one of them get up and assist the customers just one person. While I was waiting in the line, there is employee who came out and did shopping and came back. Hopefully soon they will be replaced with machines, because machines work really good most than many people who work there.

If I could give this post office “0” stars I would. One star is insane for how unprofessional this place is. All the workers are lazy and just completely rude. If you guys don’t like your job that much, then you should just quit. It’s pathetic and sad on how bad this place really is. Always losing my packages and have no consideration for anyone!!!! This place should be shut down or revamped with new staff or as a whole.

Every time I go there I am waiting on a line for 40 minutes - 1 hours. They have only one window open , other windows are closed though people are sitting there but they don’t work. Then I have a question like what are you doing there ? Are you coming to work just to sit and look at me standing on a line ? Plus, the attitude is terrible! I asked to scan my packages and a woman told me in a very rude way like what I want from her just drop your packages and go ! I insisted to scan my packages so she was doing it there but after scanning each package she was throwing them somewhere far back there like it’s a trash … so if any of my packages will be delivered damaged or broken , I will make usps pay for it. I never had such a terrible experience ever in my life ! You should do something about it because it’s insane !

It’s terrible in here, I can’t believe that there is only one person who is working in here. I wanted to just pick up a package and that manager who works there asked me to stand in a very long line in a very rude way giving me the feeling that it’s my mistake that she is working alone.

I came in today to apply for passport , I got all the paperworks and money order organized , the old indian lady behind the window is so rude, lazy and seems like she doesn’t want to do her job. She was so mean to the guy in front of me then on my turn she became more rude . She implicitly shooed me away and told me to got to NY office instead because she said they dont accept two money orders, only NY does . Why don’t she offer to create a new money order again? I don’t mind paying lol. She needs to go and retire.

Terrible terrible TERRIBLE! My package was sent to them because apparently they couldn't deliver it for some reason, I've been trying for a month to reach out to customer service and get my problem resolved but they just tell me to wait three days every single time I call. This entire month I've been waiting and they never delivered my package to me nor got to me. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, HORRIBLE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE ON THIS PLACE!
