Our mail is always on-time, delivered by hard working, courteous delivery people. We had one small concern and the post office took care of it the next day and even gave us a follow up call to make sure everything worked out. They were so kind, A+ always!
Why in the name of common sense is this post office closed for an hour during the day without any back up staff member scheduled to fill in during a lunch break. Customer service should be the only priority for tax-payer funded businesses like this one!
I go to this post office a lot since it's a block away from my house. Service is good whenever I go, I'm always in and out very quickly. My only issue is that sometimes this post office is closed on times it says it is supposed to be open. I love going when Selene I believe that is how you spell her name is there, she's very nice!! I have never had a bad experience at this post office.
What’s the point of a federal public building that constantly and randomly just closes unannounced at random days and times. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! The employee here is fantastic but they constantly make her close the entire location as if they can’t just keep one permanent employee for this entire location. I am going to start a legal inquiry as to whether the government is allowed to lie & and keep erratic unprofessional hours for a federal building that’s supposed to serve the community, and find out if we can do something to fix this! The Bloomfield Postmaster should NOT be allowing this to continue, perhaps it’s time for some changes in management!
If only it were possible to leave a negative number of stars. I just walked to the post office in the sweltering heat carrying three large packages. It's 3 pm on a weekday and the office is closed. As a taxpayer, I am paying the clerk's salary. It's bad enough that this post office is closed from 1-2 every day -- it needs to be open during the other hours. I don't have a car so can't go elsewhere. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.
I always drop off my Etsy orders to this post office everyday. All the staff here are super nice. Better than any other location in my area.
I go out of my way to go to this branch rather than the main one, which is closer to my home. Everyone is friendly, workers and customers alike. It has a "down home" appeal.
They are never open waited at least an hour for them to open up and never showed up this ain’t the first time this happened
When they're open, it's great. However sometimes they're randomly closed...
They're all very professional very nice up there. I'd like to thank them for that.
