I’m not recommended USPS, I was ordering something from Thailand, I was waiting for my package. I had tracking. I was shown delivered but I my package was missing. I pay for insurance and USPS said I can do nothing .. so… thank for your helpful. Don’t use, Don’t trust.
We have missing deliveries for the past months. We reported a missing delivery last Sunday. Expect no real and genuine help to locate the item. The supervisor Kristin is no help and i doubt that she really spoke with the courier. The manager Bob Monroe is not different at all. Don't expect any decent service from this USPS. I'm not surprised with the other bad comments here. Experienced first hand
Absolutely horrible. The people were so rude and had discriminatory attitude. I went in there to ship some documents internationally. First of all, no one was there so I rang the bell and this woman comes up to the window, texting while I stood there waiting. She finally looks up and I said that I wanted to send the envelope internationally with the label in my hand. She told me to fill out the customs - I did and returned to the window - now she’s telling me that I have to write the address on the envelope, not the label, and she says “just write ‘China’ in English, okay?” She didn’t even look at the address I’m sending to, probably just giving a very academic guess that I’m sending it to China which I wasn’t, judging from my appearance. After writing everything down like she asked, I went to another window with another woman, telling her that it’s international. Then this woman also goes “of course it is” with a tired sigh. All in all, they were very unprofessional throughout the whole process. And they probably don’t understand what they said could hurt a lot of people. I just felt sorry for them being so ignorant.
Horrible. First insanely slow service with one open counter even with the line through the door down the front steps. Second they wouldn't accept my package because the ship date was yesterday, a SUNDAY. 1 I downloaded and printed label TODAY. 2 you aren't open on Sundays and it's customary to accept on NEXT business day aka TODAY MONDAY. 3 rude employer and supervisor who wouldnt "argue" with me but you did for five minutes so . Ive been shipping with usps for over 8 years and have never had this issue anywhere else. Ended up taking my package to my usual usps which they accepted of course. Save your time and don't go here
This is a great post office, that I have used for decades. I cannot say enough good about it. Service is great! But I am worried, why have you protected your employees and customers with shower curtains? Really, decent plastic protection cannot be that expensive, especially since you have had at least one positive COVID 19 tested employee.
I have gone to this post office twice to drop off a package with printed labels. The first time, they didn't take my package because the date on the label was 2 days ahead, and the second time they didn't take my package because the date was a day behind. I went to the post office down the street the same day, and they took it with no problem. I don't understand how people would have the time to keep reprinting labels so it will match the date.
Absolutely horrendous service. It’s almost like playing Russian roulette sometimes with dropping off a package. You mind as well pray every time that they might take your package every time you try to drop it off. Avoid USPS if possible and try to go UPS stores instead.
Absolute poorest customer service you can receive. There is NEVER a sense of urgency with the workers there. One time they claimed to have delivered my package but I was home the whole day it was marked delivered and did not see my box at all. I called and walked in to inform them of their error and they were so adamant that it was delivered. I honestly don’t believe they even tried to find my package. Today I had another terrible and unprofessional experience with someone at the window. I dread having to go there for any service.
Very upset with my experience here today. The mail courier was talking to me like I was stupid. She kept saying "I can't say that" and then replying with some snarky remark. I just left without doing business here. I was very polite, I work customer service too so I know not to be rude, so i really didn't appreciate her talking to me like I was dumb. I've never had a bad experience before now here.
I go into post office at least twice a month for the past two years and I always receive great service. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The building itself has an old stile charm. Plus they allow my dog in the building so they get points for that.
