Why is my mail being delivered at 8:30 pm? Small packages are freezing on the porch. I keep getting my neighbors mail. Is anyone actually managing this location? Glad they are nice but I would prefer competent.
I have never been to this Post Office before, but went in to apply for a Passport. As I sat there, I listened to how polite and thorough the counter clerks were to everyone. I was impressed. The lobby was very clean, spacious, and well-lit. The Passport process was so simple and went very quickly. Unlike other Post Offices where I have seen people trying to do their Passport at a clerk's window, I was actually ushered into a nice back room where it made the short process seem so much more private. Thank you.
These people are useless. They deliver heaps and heaps of the wrong mail to my mailbox every week. I have filed numerous reports, complaints, and left notes for my delivery person, but it keeps on occurring. Can’t keep the mail, can’t throw it in the trash both are federal crime, and I don’t have time to go through it all. Not sure what I should do…
There’s really polite worker here, but PLEASE get another blue receptacle for packages. The one in there is always full. This location definitely needs two!
It is ridiculous that a government agency I HAVE to go to to get a passport has no appointments at any locations. Absolutley junior varsity.
The staff were super fast and pleasant on Christmas Eve even after an exceptionally hectic season.
Their call line is the stupidest thing I have ever dealt woth. No branch has its own direct number and their automated machine takes 10 minutes before you can contact an actual agent. It’s frustrating and if I had the option to get my package shipped with someone else I definitely wouldn’t pick usps. A quick question turns into 30 minutes. Not to mention I never got the call back the machine set me up for.
I have always had a pleasant experience at the Arvada Post office on Allison Street. Sometimes the line is long but everyone is friendly. Today I walked right up and I was second person in line and received service quickly. I had a large box as well as a few envelopes to mail and the person at the window was very helpful in finding the best and most economical way to send my packages. His service was with a smile and very efficient.
No capability to print labels, no tape, super rude employees!!!!! My bad, I figured they would have everything needed to send packages?? But this is truly insane because they could be charging people for these things instead of sending them over to the library. Very unprofessional.
Parks in our driveway!! This is not a parking space. I have to maneuver to get into my parking space! And continuously puts Mail in the wrong mailbox.
