US Post Office

Specializing in the 3rd World Experience. Not sure how they scored that 2nd star. I drive over to the big USPS on Sunset for anything important. Waited 35 minutes to pickup a package today ... with no line! Stuff like that ...

The workers are so pleasant, which from my experience is so rare at most post offices. Enough said.

Went in on tax day at 3pm, it wasn't busy at all. I was able to quickly get a money order and stamps and mail a letter. Staff was competent and polite. Office was clean.

Horrible phone service. Impossible to get ahold of an agent and the automated recording didn’t understand anything we’d say.

I actually went inside to drop off a package with tracking in the bin yesterday morning about 9 am. It has not yet even been scanned... When I look up the shipping, it say, "awaiting package"... This is not the first time with problems. Very unhappy with this situation.

The Priority mail package, mailed on 8 Dec. 2020 has been in Las Vegas in transit to the delivery address since 2 January 2021...last update 6 Jan... Still not delivered.now 26 Jan. Zero stars would be more accurate.

I was plesenty surprised it took me about 30 minutes to get my package. It said they opened at 8:30 but they didn’t open till 9:00.
