Ordered a package in January. estimated delivery on February 9th. Arrived at this post office February 8th. Ever since then it's been marked as held for a future delivery date and says they'll attempt. It's MARCH 14th. Not a single attempt. This post office is at most an hour away from my house. Make it make sense.

I had one of the worst customer experiences ever with Angie. She was very rude, didn’t want to help at all, and had an attitude the entire time.

I have always gotten very good customer service fast and friendly! Keep it up
