they never, ever, ever answer the phone. i can't tell you how many times i have called and sat on hold for 20, 30, 45 minutes and they never pick up. and yes, i am calling during business hours. it also takes several emails to ever get a response edit: I did eventually get a response to my email 2 months later. the person who sent the email was very helpful and was able to resolve my issue.

I cannot thank enough the wonderful people at the SBA District Office in Birmingham Alabama. The SBA office has been instrumental in our company's growth. The Leadership, and everyone at the District Office are extremely helpful to the greater Small Business community across the state of Alabama. THANK you for everything you do championing the Small Business community and helping us create jobs.

Tried calling but just get voice mail. I am beginning to believe I dealing with Comcast. At lease I get a response from the VA!

Ms. Carol House did return my call this morning. She gave me several referrals, and she went over the steps I needed to take to gain my EDWOSB Certification.
