US Smog Check

Hasslefree service, No wait time,Opened on weekends too. Got my things in less than 10 minutes. Recommending this place for some test oil change too. Thank you Mr.Howard.

These guys are total crooks. The customer service is a disaster. I had to retest my car because of one failed ready state so I had to go back there and deal with them or pay for it all over again somewhere else. The place is a joke. Lazy owner sits around like jabba the hut trying to tell you he's giving you a deal. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. You've been warned . Never again .

The service and price are really suck! They told me the smog check failed because of OBD is not ready and charge me additional $30 to retest that. $70+$30 that is almost 3 times a normal price for smog check. The staff dose not even know what you are talking about. Plz do not go there do any service.

I have showed the receptionist a coupon ($29.75 smog check) when I arrived, but he told me they need to charge me $60 becuae my car is SUV (my car is just an ordinary mid-size sedan, like accord, camry, and altima). Looks like that doesn’t make sense even to himself, he then insisted that my car is luxury car. During the argument, another guy approached and gave me $20 discount for the first offer (i.e. $60). So I felt like I would have been ripped off if I don’t know much about my car, or I don’t have enough language/communication skill. I believe that is not the right way they should run the business. So I would not visit this place again for the smog test.

I'd give them zero stars of it were possible. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Well no more. The cost is ridiculous first off...$60. It's much less just about anywhere else. Plus both, BOTH, of my vehicles have magically failed their smog tests...and of course you pay a percentage again until you pass, after paying for work to be done at a garage if need be. That did not happen either time, let me tell you. Fail me, I go elsewhere. But then I thought, "benefit of the doubt, surely they can't fail a whole other car"...(that's only six years old). Well they did. AND THEN HE TOLD ME TO SMILE BECAUSE IT PAINED HIM TO SEE ME UPSET! I didn't order the side of misogyny with my smog test, thank you very much. I will never go back. You should avoid the place like the plague.
