Professional services and fast processing they move people along base on your appointment time. A 1pm person can not show up before a 12 o'clock person and go before. They keep things organized.

Good experience. Had appointment at 1100, but they will take you early no problem. Receptionist a young man was courteous and efficient. The fingerprint lady also very nice. The facility is comfortable enough, with restrooms. Hint: arrive as early as you can for a faster experience; the door opens at 0800.
