**Lower relating due to long wait time** Ms.Gwen took care of our passports today. She was extremely personable, thorough, and helpful even after stepping in to take care of all the passport appointments the had become back logged for several hours due to no fault of her own.
The attitudes, ugly looks, and nasty remarks are absolutely disgusting. You can’t even ask a simple question without being talked to crazy. Whoever S. Pickett is needs to change her attitude. Amazon delivery guy showed up after me and told her he’s dropping off a heavy package and he said “drop off is around the corner.” Driver responded that whomever was at the window told him to go to the front. Lazy employees with no regard for customer service AT ALL. They always have a 100% turn over with employees because they’re all so rude, especially the new ones!!!
On Nov 5th mail carrier I believe she said her name was colmer was leaving a SORRY YOU WERE OUT PINK slip IN MAILBOX when I walked out my front door she said I'm sorry I didn't think anyone was home. Well if she would of knock she would know I was home. I asked why didn't she knock she said most people don't like to be bothered on Saturday. We got into an Argument and at this point she refused to let me sign for my letter. In my opinion she didn't do her job and made excuses for not knocking on my door....
I come here almost every day and the staff is very kind and patient explaining things to people. Don’t forget post offices are run by the government, so don’t blame the employees for your frustration. I’m just grateful to be able to ship things easily for a decent price.
I was taken back how rude, disrespectful & short tempered with nasty attitudes the employees working there had. Especially considering I pre-paid for a return label online and just needed it printed out and placed it on the sealed package. Crazy.
Workers move slow and inefficiently. Not helpful and not friendly. Because they were neglectful to the built up line I waited for over 15 minutes for something they “ran out of” literally so useless.
This staff is horrible rude and condescending at that. Came here to get new passport and they were being rude and plain disrespectful to almost everyone .No kind of respect for the community or ppl in general!.This one worker in particular she has glasses with long hair had an older couple that asked for a small tiny piece of tape and the worker blatantly told them "If you need tape you will have to pay for a piece of tape . We are in the business of MAKING MONEY NOT GIVING STUFF FOR FREE". That was just one of the examples of how rude they were. Writing this review because if this was my parents or family in general I would make sure they were treated with respect and professionalism and the community needs to be aware of this!.
i went to ship a book with media mail and the woman said are you sure this is a book?? and i said yes?? she said ok and if it’s not they gone ship it back to you and i said okay i’m not scared it’s literally a book? do these people that work at shipping stuff not understand what bubble wrap is? the reason it doesn’t feel like a book it’s because it’s wrapped in bubble wrap! YOU OF ALL PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THAT
I've been here a handful of times. Every time they are doing the best they can to keep the line short and moving. I needed a drop off receipt for my box and they expedited the short task for me rather than making me wait for them just to scan it. Also, I really enjoy the art deco PO boxes. Only reason it's a 4 star is because it could use a new coat of paint, ceiling tiles, etc. But hardly the employees fault.
I really want to give 0 stars but that's not an option. Wanted to pick up a package. Rang the bell twice, waited 10 minutes & noone came to help. The lady in the lobby is standing around greeting people but not actually working. I got so frustrated I walked out & scheduled for redelivery by phone. Absolute worst customer service!
