Been coming here for synthetic oil change because it’s the best deal with a coupon. Anyway I really needed an oil change and realized my coupon was expired …: when I came in.the sweet lady in the front ask her boss and it was okay!!Thank you VIP Auto Service Center the name sure says it all! Went for an oil change, can't beat their prices. They're a little slow getting to your car but they were a little busy. But the job was well done. Will visit them again.

I been here 3 times and the first 2 times were ok. The 3 time was a nightmare. They were installing a new fuel injection system and the first time I brought in the parts. Apparently they were bad because the truck ran worse than when I brought it in. So I took it back and they supplied the parts with a warranty. It took them almost 2 weeks to do the work. The mechanic is decent but the manager, Chris is a real piece of work. $900 later I finally got it back and had to go get a smog check to register it and guess what, it failed for misfiring. Took it back and they refused to work on it and my wife is a friend of the owner's family. Stay away from this location unless you want to pay for nothing.Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

This place is a scam and a joke! I ordered a groupon for an oil change 13.19ttl for my 2018 Ford Fusion. This vehicle can and does take synthetic blend oil changes. They told me it's required to have a full synthetic oil change and they refused to change my oil. That is not true this vehicle does not require a full synthetic oil change so they bait and switch to get you in the door then try to forcefully change you an extra 80 for a full santhetic oil change. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Now I have a Groupon for a place I would not recommend to my worst enemy. So again do not go to this place for any service they will lie to your face. There was a couple ahead of me as well she lied to them they messed up on a belt replacement and then when they came back the belt was not fixed and they wanted to charge them more money even though they messed up on the service. I wish I could keep writing because this place I can not stand places that lie and cheat people and recommend service that is not required or needed this place deserves less then one star.

This place is horrible. I wouldn't have ANY work done here. Unprofessional. Poor customer service.They will take your money. Keep your car for months, and your car still won't run properly. If I could give a half star I would. That's how awful it is.Services: Brakes

They have really good customer service. They were efficient and provided me info about what else was coming due for maintenance on our car without making me feel like they were just trying to sell me something I did not need.

Great place to go for an oil change and smog check. Friendly front office and reliable mechanics. I only go to West Sahara location due to bad experience with head mechanic at West Charleston location.

I arrived late on a Friday night to see if they could squeeze me in. I was greeted nicely by the young lady in the front. I explained how I had been dealing with an issue on my vehicle and it nagged me for weeks. I left my car for a little while and hoped for the best. I received a call a little while later from Jay lead tech and said the car was ready for pickup. When I returned Jay went over everything and was very thorough. I'm from the east coast and this garage had that home town feel. Simply amazing. Thank you Jay!!!

Very nice experience... good service and they are honest. We had a horrible experience with a different company previously and these folks are a nice change.

The service that is offered to you VERBALLY doesn't match what they do once the money is in their hands. Nothing out of the ordinary. In fact, I'm coming with the name of a great shop I found with a great decent knowledgeable staff that is actually redoing the poor job my car was given here. Good for oil change and smog test though...
