I called and made an appointment. When I came in they had me schedule for another day because they were they were already booked for that day.

Every time I go here it's either they're closed or they're not even open. when I walk up to the window to see if in my was in there I see them sitting the salon area doing nothing. I called up there one day to see if somebody will be up there the next day to do my hair and they told me sure they'll be there when I got up there they say like oh we're sorry we're about to go do a carwash and nobody can tell you that they will be here cuz they don't know themselves so I wasted a whole day waiting to go there to get my hair done then that's the last time I'll ever do and they messed up my haircut two times in a row

I called before I drove all the way from Sumter... The girl told me they stop doing hair at 2:00 so I said okay I'll be there at 1:45/1:50 and she said that was fine... I get here and a mixed lady up from says sorry we're pretty busy and the girls get off at 3:30... I told her that they gave me the okay to come and she said I'm sorry no one can do it and she wishes I wouldn't have driven that far. I've been coming here every month for a whole year and I can't believe how disappointed I am. Her attitude and everything just set it off. I won't be coming back anymore and I hate that. On top of that another lady that was in there had an 2:00 appointment and she told her it'll be a while before she could get to the back. The look on the clients face was similar to how I'm feeling now but my experience is worst...

Made an appointment for a simple trim. 45 minutes past my appointment time although i arrived 10 minutes prior and there was only 2 other people in there. when I was finally led to the back asked if i just wanted a trim i explained i would appreciate it if she would trim just the ends thinned out my hair because i have crazy thick hair and re trimmed my bangs. The young lady pulled all my hair down and did a straight cut did NOTHING with my bangs or my other layer let a lone thin it out. Made a fuss when i asked her if she could please do my bangs. Not once did i see an instructor walk by let alone instruct. So to sum it up, Waited nearly an hour, got nothing I asked to begin with done, no real instruction and the young lady was rude. if I could give zero stars I would.
