I showed up late in the afternoon lost as could be walking around outside trying to find the right building, i almost gave up but then ran into the most helpful employee that worked in dentistry. She was the most pleasant and helpful person I've encountered in a long time. She was already outside of the building on her way home and took the time to help me figure out where i needed to go and personally walked with me with the aide of her walking cane on a long journey to my destination which had already locked there doors but that was okay because the good deed she did for me by going out of her way after a long day of work will be remembered thank you so much!!

My husband goes to the Va southern nv. For the most part almost all of the Dr's are teriffic and very nice. As far as I can tell the only departments that need an over haul is cardiology this dept is a joke . I do believe that this dept would knowingly let a veteran die before they would get off there duffs and do something for the vet. The second dept is travel. It takes for ever to get travel pay. Why is the question. Why did they break the system it was fine like it was before.

I called 20 min before my appointment to explain I was running late due to transportation discrepancy. It ended up being longer. When I arrived to check-in there was no hassle. I was still able to see my doctor without a wasted trip or rescheduling.

I moved here 1.5yrs ago, and 2 times now i had to call pharmacy (more than 10 days) to send my script early due to lack of meds in bottle. They didn't send them. Then when i called to investigate, the pharmacist couldn't care less, and put the burden on me too come and get them. Glad it wasn't critical meds. They need to teach the pharmacist how to count pills! I'm paying for meds I'm not getting!

Once you are established as a new patient which is going to be frustrating but get better. Remember like anywhere else may take 30 days to see a specialist. This facility has improved 150 percent since opening. Employees are all friendly, helpful. But remember the real bosses are the vets. So either make a complaint or say something nice in a email to the va.gov not sure on website. Or shut the F... up😄
