This is, hands down, the best VA Clinic in Las Vegas. The lobby makes you feel welcome. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The staff seems genuinely eager to help.

wow, place is going down hill really fast.. there are no checks and balances at this place.especially accountability.
they keep switching diagnosis on me and wont give me questionnaire or assessments for the disorder i have . they try really hard to lean against your so called non service connected disorder over service connected diagnosis.
Even when u haven't applied for a non service connect disability and there not consistent if they can rule out subjective information with liberal elaborated health care bias. but yet they guard u with other so called disorders that's not relevant to your service connected disabilities .
Especially when you have an 10 year appeals process going on with a service connected disability.
they give u no option. you have no choice but to take out a medical loan to see private doctors or they will bring more VA people to lean into there own sail of medical muddle . VA medical has become a Scam artist when robbing your VBA decisions .
if its service connected depression they say personality disorder , if there wrong and u prove them wrong by other doctors, they lean into mood disorder and if its not its bi polar and it bounces constantly to all diagnosis..its happened to me over a decade and it proves in medically that they don't know what they are doing , one hand washes the other for there so called employee incentives.
there getting so bad they voided me out of my referral due to patient/doctor ethics that require consent .
and not only did the program voided me out but did not document my disability factors to seek help within the required referral. i mean bad on bad i dont know what else to write.

This clinic is fantastic! I was travelling from Florida, where I normally get VA care. I stopped in and had 3 volunteers assist me, had Billie from intake pull up my records, then had 2 different nurses make sure I got the right treatment. Awesome job!

The hours of operation are a mess. The clinic recently changed to 0700-1800, Monday through Friday, and 0730-1600 on Saturday.
HOWEVER, the lab closes at 1530 and imaging closes at 1545. So if you're advised to fast for your labs, and your appointment is after 15:30, either get in early or do it the day before.
The VA website for this clinic has their old hours, which were only until 1600, but did not (and does not) list separate hours for different clinic functions.
The care is pretty standard GP-level stuff. They're good about referrals and are easy to reach by phone.
I do not recommend mental health services at this location. The social workers are pretty good, but the psychiatrist needed to retire long ago.
Bottom line: confirm hours several times before you show up and go to the main hospital at Pecos and CC215 for mental health services.
(This location does not have a pharmacy.)

My primary care doctor USAFR LTC Rommel Brar M.D. is second to none and his pact 11 care team Gilda and katina are the best that a Veteran can be honored to have providing their care. I trust no one else to treat me unless I get a thumbs up from my team.
They truly have my 6 o'clock well covered at all times.
