A Italian sandwich is just soul food for me so I have had quite a few. Was a big fan of everything except I wish the bread was a bit softer. Stocked up on lots of homemade frozen goods. Rather get my frozen dinner here than support Trader Joe’s or Wholefoods

This place is a true gem. I grew up by the Cleveland Park location and then moved to Bethesda. This is my favorite non neopolitan pizza in the DMV, hands down. And their homemade pasta is fantastic, as are their subs. It’s also nice to support a true local family owned business.

Vace's is the BEST! We ordered a 6 foot Italian Cold Cut, pizzas, marinated mushrooms and artichokes for a meet & greet and everything was absolutely delicious! We got so many complements on the food, our guests loved it! We always make a stop at Vace's whenever we're in Bethesda!

Well I stopped in looking for Bel Paese cheese. Billing themselves as an upscale Italian deli I figured they would have it on hand, but no luck. They have a good variety, but not what I wanted. nb, Thanks for the quick response. I'll come back the next time I'm in the area.

Great Pizza and Subs for very fair prices. I really appreciate this Deli a lot in an overall overpriced Bethesda. The frequent stream of satisfied customers speaks for itself. If you happen to be in the area and are looking for Pizza to go or a Sub avoid Subway or Pizza& and come here!

I’m sure the food is good, but I’m trying to see the pasta menu on my computer. It consists of a very fuzzy photo of the actual freezers in the store where the pasta is kept, and the listings above are impossible to read. I’m surprised as good a place as Vace can’t give me a readable version of the pasta menu and prices.

Unfortunately, this location falls into the classic pizza trope of soggy undercooked pizza. When asking for it well done, there is only a light browning on the edges so I had to refire it myself. Staff are nice and there are many other products offered besides pizza

Great carryout pizza, with home made frozen lasagna and tortellini and sauces. A family favourite for over 30 years.

I come for the Onion Pizza. By far the Best per slice offered in the region, We love this Deli so bring a friend and share the Excitement of Lunch.

The white pizza with onions is really good, I also got some frozen pasta to make at home and is amazing!
