I met with Rachel today and she is fantastic! It was my first time getting acupuncture. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, with extensive experience in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. She is always willing to explain and when it came time for the needles to be placed, she created a super comfortable atmosphere and made me feel at ease with everything, she is such a pleasant person to be around. I am scared of needles, but this was very relaxing and Rachel did the best job. I can't wait to see what future sessions bring and not only did she provide an excellent session today, but she gave recommendations on herbs and a great recipe to start making for my needs!

I went in today not knowing what to expect and it surpasses every expectation. We did cupping and acupuncture and I have never felt more relaxed than after my session with Amanda. It was absolutely wonderful and Amanda was absolutely kind and knowledgeable of what they are doing. The energy from them was truly magical and I cannot recommend this place enough. Amanda and the whole team is incredibly kind and accommodating. Amanda was kind enough to get me in last minute as I was suffering from severe sciatic pain. She worked her magic and I felt great the rest of the day. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful visit with Dr. Lester. He listens to all my issues and offers very insightful recommendations. He's personable, respectful and polite. I always feel I can discuss anything with him. Believe me you wll be amazed at his knowledge. Can't recommend him highly enough.

I received a tuina massage and fire cupping with Nazo and was very impressed. She was very calming and knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the building is welcoming. I’m excited to go back and get acupuncture and more cupping. I believe after the 1 session I noticed a difference in my tension and pain.

Amanda is amazing. I’ve been going to her for years since she first started and she’s helped me with so many things over the years. 10/10 recommend.

What a great first acupuncture experience! I was feeling a bit nervous at first but then I realized this was a place of healing and love and I was able to relax and trust the process. I felt very safe and in good hands. I really liked how everything was explained thoroughly so I knew what to expect. I was in severe pain after receiving cortisone injections for herniated discs. Dr. Lester made my pain go from a 8 to a 7 in one session, and really calmed me down! I wasn’t able to lay on my stomach, but he was able to find a comfortable position for me. He said he did not want to use needles in the area of my discs because the area was weakened by the recent cortisone shots, which made me realize I was in good hands! Dr Lester was very knowledgeable and comforting. He gave me some recommendations that have already decreased my pain in just 5 days. He truly cares about his patients and wasn’t trying to sell anything or pressure me to book another appointment. This was my first time trying acupuncture and I’ll be back!

Amanda is hands down the best for acupuncture and cupping! I’ve been going to her for years now and honestly the only person I trust doing it! She’s amazing and the whole experience is so intentional. 1000% would recommend!!!

Rachel is intuitive, comprehensive and has this ability to flow with your needs in the moment. She hears everything you have to say, recognizes the channels that need to be opened, while is gently educational at the same time. Rachel is humbly confident and generous as a healer.
