I took my car in for detailing, when I picked it up the job was less than satisfying. Insect spots where still there, the lower sides were stained with something sticky, rear view mirrors were full of water spots, and the interior driver door not fully cleaned. I've taken my car here two times so far and had great experiences both times. Staff is friendly and they do a great job on my SUV. Pollen, dirt, sap/sticky substance, doesn't matter they've gotten it off both times. Definitely the best hand wash place I've been to in the DMV and I'll only be taking my car here.
