HORRIBLE. RUDE and tried to get me to pay for replacement instead of repair that I was originally quoted.

We are a commercial property management company and have utilized Vallejo Glass on several occasions. They have always provided a competitive bid and performed quality work on schedule.
Garden window leaks after installation. They returned and wiped up mold in window but refused to repair or replace. Poor, poor workmanship. Molding around other window was put back crooked. Sliding door doesn’t close smooth, also didn’t install screen door lock. Dropped off for me todo it.

They lie about what time they will be at ur home. Bad business
Terrible customer service, I highly recommend against using Vallejo glass, unless you like being disrespected and don't care if your glass dimensions are correct.
