Dr. V is a great doctor, he listened to me explain my symptoms and spent time going over his recommendations. I missed an appointment and he even called me on his lunch break for a quick appointment. Convenient lab on site. I appreciate his great care.
Ian Black is very caring and compassionate. He listens without rushing me ever. However, I repeated CVS as my current pharmacy and the prescription was sent to Fry's. Called CVS and they say I have to wait 3 days now to transfer over the prescription. Thanks medical assistant for not listening and rushing out of the room. Did u even remove the meds I told u I no longer take? Because you weren't writing anything down. Aren't you supposed to be taking my blood pressure? you didn't do that either. Now because of the medical assistant not listening to me I have to be in pain another 3 days! Thanks!
The level of care and hospitality this place has is amazing. Normally, I would be stressed just waiting to see a physician. It's worth waiting every moment here. The team actually wants to help you and spend as much time as needed to solve whatever problems you may have. I'm genuinely surprised this place does not have a 5 star rating.
Not sure how old the negative reviews are, but I have been with Brady Nelson for over 5 years. I have had great service from the front desk, medical assistant, and Mr. Nelson himself. Everyone has always been polite. I have never had an abnormal long wait. It's a doctor's office. The wait is what you expect but my appointments from beginning to end, including lab drawn at the end, takes about 30-45 mins. And this is with the COVID protocols in place.
I have dr. Nelson he's a great doctor I appreciate him this is nothing against him this is about the answering services getting to do their job correctly I called on Monday the 19th of December to get an injection of toradol and B12 and I have not had one since August I was doing an appointment a couple weeks ago with my doctor Nelson and he approved and said it'd be fine all I had to do was call and set the appointment I did that on Monday trying to make my appointment it is now Thursday 4 days later and they informed me that my doctor is on vacation that they couldn't get authorization until next week when he came back which is way past the holidays which I'm trying to get my shots by the holidays because I'm in extreme pain and I called and talked to one of the management team and there was nothing they could do for me I have to wait till next week anyway because they're closed tomorrow if they would have done this on Monday I would have had a fighting chance to get a shot so don't be surprised if you don't get call backs for procedures or anything else because whoever these people were they don't care I've been with them for over 10 years never had a problem till now I guess it's true the older we get the less they care and all I wanted was a 2-minute procedure to be done two shots and it's been a whole four days and I couldn't even get a call back nor my procedure done till sometime next week
i been having my same dr. sience 2013 and i love the attention very fast not alot of people in office they have their own sonora quest for your convinience . i like the nurse i usually get the same one and i like that becase she knows me , make me feel comfterble . ever as you walk in the office recepsionist are nice and dont have you stanting for long periods of time.
I've been going to Valley Arthritis care for over 10yrs in Peoria. Dr Iian Black is the most compassionate doctor that I've ever had. He always makes sure that my medications are helping my rheumatoid arthritis, fybromyalgia. Sometimes no matter what I do or take at home will help take away any of the pain that I'm experiencing. So during those bad flare-ups I call the Dr.office so that I let him know what's going on with me. He immediately will have his medical assistant call me back so that she let's me know what the doctor will advise me to do, he either calls in a medication to my pharmacy or he will have me come into his Dr.office so that I could be seeing by him.Sometimes I get injections at his office to help aleviate some of my pain. During those bad flare-ups he usually prescribes me the 6 day pack prednisone, and that really helps calm down the inflammation blood count. He is such a caring and amazing Doctor,he truly wants to help his patients live a more functional life.He will always help his patients find the right treatments for their conditions. He always treats his patients with respect and listens carefully to what his patients have to say. If for any reason my current treatment is not working for me,he will offer me other treatments available.Personally I wouldn't want to see a different doctor, because Iian Black is very familiar with all my health conditions and I know he will always put me on the best treatment available.I most definitely give him 5 stars
I was a patient of valley arthritis. I really felt that ian black was able to take care of my health issue. Then there was major problem including my safety that kept me from attending my 3 visits. I keep my communication with the office. However Diane or Diana didn't show any concerns and discharged me. Upon several attempts to discuss the issue she didn't show care and still refused to allow treatment. I then got my case manger involved and again she refused to allow treatment. Am sorry that this person has made valley arthritis careless and insulting to patients whom need care
Everyone there is great! Ian Black listens to me and works with me to find ways to improve my RA symptoms. The infusion staff is awesome.
Has been a great DR for many years serving my mom and my wife. Recently, there was a big misunderstanding and my wife stopped seeing them, but her RA got much worse and I called pleading with them to schedule my wife. But they "black listed" her for no service, only because I had previously stated that she was no longer a patient of theirs. I thought healthcare professionals took an oath or something to serve those who are suffering but I guess they would rather play games and let former loyal patients suffer horribly. I hope they at least allow me to get her records for her new RA doctor.
