Couldn't believe that a cemetery could be so beautiful. Absolutely serene place. Must atleast drive by when in Oahu.
Visit the Buddhist temple in the back! All of the cemetery is beautiful
This is a beautiful replica of the Byodo-In Japanese Temple. You pay $5 to enter. They have a koi pond, with 2 swans, and turtles. You can buy food at the gift shop. Birds will feed right out of your hand once they notice you have food. The fish and swan will come straight at you for food. It’s a very peaceful place to visit.
A beautiful temple located minutes away from windward mall. There is a koi pond in the front of the temple and with mountains as backdrop. It's not a place where you can spend a whole day at but spend at least half an hour to enjoy the tranquil, serene environment.
This was one of my favorite stops. It was sooooo peaceful and scenic. Very clean and serene. We were Pleasantly impressed with the surrounding beauty & their history. We paid our respects and lit insence to honor Buddha. What a treat to venture into another world.
This is a beautiful and serene place where multiple beliefs come together to honor and remember those who have passed. I would suggest that anyone take come here to take their time and respectfully admire the beauty of this place.
