Isaac and Randy did a great job on installing our shop doors. They were personable and told me what they were doing. They worked safely and got the job completed in the time they said they would. They answered all of our questions. The doors look awesome and closes the chapter in our shop build! They function really smooth and take a little effort to open and close. When they were done, we paid and closed the invoice and they went on their way. We are very happy with the work they did. I highly recommend Valley Overhead Door Sales! Thank you!

100% satisfied. Tony is skilled and respectful. The company has their systems down: appointment verified by text, photo of technician sent prior to arrival, arrived on time, work was at price quoted. Prior to calling Valley Overhead, I had an appointment with another company which was a no show after I waited 10 hours, called back and forth, etc. Let's just say, GO LOCAL and don't bother with any service provider that only has out of state numbers.

Garrett was on time, ready to install our new garage door and happy to answer any questions. He explained what the process was and that he should be done around the lunch hour. After completing the install he cleaned half of our garage and even washed both sides of the door. He then spent some extra time stretching out the bottom weather stripping to make sure it provided a strong seal. Oh and the price was very competitive with all the other garage door companies in the Willamette Valley here in Oregon.

Tony arrived a late, but once here he efficiently repaired our garage door and went the extra mile to service all of the components. I can highly recommend Valley OHD because of his workmanship!

Tony came out because our keypad wasn’t working. He replaced it, programmed my new car to work with the garage door, and then thought it sounded loud so he lubed it as well. No extra charges! He was professional and personable! 5 out of 5 would recommend!

Tony was great. Found the reason for our loud squeak and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. Also took the time to explain what it was and why using a certain WD product was not the right thing to do. Thanks Tony. Now I don't have to worry about our door sticking half open or closed any more
