Valpak of Virginia

Cory Brown came into our facility representing Val Pak as a viable source of increased income for our business. We explained to her, that in the past these mailings never brought in any extra income for our business. She stood here in front of 3 of us, stating that she GUARANTEED results. good results. She begged us to give her franchise a try for 6 months in a contract of mailings. After the first month, we did not receive one call on the mailings. second month... nothing. We contacted her and explained to her that we were not happy with the non existent results and she assured us that business would pick up with the second months worth of mailing, Again, we had no calls. The one customer that came in with a coupon ended up leaving without paying. Cory assured us that we were going to see good results with her franchise, but we ended up in a contract paying for NO results. They offered a settlement to release us from the contract, then reneged and held us to the full amount even after she assured us that we could be released with a settlement amount. I will never do business with Valpak OR her pawn shop business, which is located in this area as well. As a business owner, we strive to make sure our customers are satisfied and get what they pay for. In this instance, we got nothing for our money. no service, no jobs, no new customers as promised.

Our company used Valpak for several years. They mail approved coupons to sectioned mailing routs. BUT!!! When they didn't provide an additional service that we paid for and contracted with them to do, they didn't not stand behind their service nor were we credited back the money we had paid them. We had a verbal agreement with the local Rep that a credit would be issued. Now they are back peddling and withholding it completely. There are lots of marketing tools available. Valpak will not be who we use in future.
