Value Cleaners

I’ve been giving this place business for years. While the younger asian female staff member was nice, the older asian female I found to be very racist. Upon picking my clothes up from the store she rushed me out as if she was going to be robbed. She has a very nasty demeanor. Also my hems don’t last very long and it’s quite the rush job especially for the super slow turnaround. The racial profiling will make them lose long term customers and they need to step the quality of their work up.

We are have now had two bad experiences with Value Cleaners. Last time we took dry cleaning and they lost our clothes and had to pay us for them after three months. This time my wife had a expensive faux fir coat dry cleaned. She talked to the attendant to make sure they knew it wasn't real fir and that they were confident they could clean it safely. The attendants quote was "I know, I know". We just picked up the coat and it's ruined. The fir look is gone and now it looks like a bath mat. Their response was, that it was now clean. That's true and that will be a good thing for whoever gets it at Goodwill because that's were it's going. We're done doing business with Value Cleaners.

Younger Asian women are nice but the old one is grumpy . customer service sucks. Who in the world answers someone when they come in the door "what is it?"

Private dining room service was great

A bit of a language barrier. The clothes were not checked after being cleaned and had to be recleaned after I found spots. Not very proactive.

I took a bed comforter here to be cleaned. The clerk was very friendly and the price was less than expected.

My go to get away!
