Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I took my older vehicle here for an oil change. I only drive this vehicle on perfect weather days. They did a great job and did exactly as I had asked. The staff was friendly and informative, and I called ahead, and they offered a coupon. Bonus! If all businesses performed as well, the world would be a better place. We'll at least for me.

I was running errands when I found my battery dead. Got a jump and came here for help. They quickly replaced my battery at a great price. They were also very professional. I have never had better or quicker service for my car.

This center has the most friendly staff ever. Sam, the manager, does a great job in explaining the needs. I don’t know how, but staff here makes me look forward to any service my car needs.

This Valvoline services team took care of me for the better part of ten years in Dublin area: they were my first stop for any problems, seasonal issues and updates. Anytime I had a roadtrip, they were the first to hear about it. If I had car concerns that they didn't cover, they pointed me to the right kind of place to get the help that I needed. Love these guys! Just moved out of state, if I am ever in the area, they will be the ones to go to for help. Very satisfied and grateful customer.

This location destroyed my car. I went to them for an oil change. A few days after l noticed oil in my parking spot. I had an oil leak and it made my engine lock up. When I took my car to get it looked at I was informed that I had an oil leak and whoever did my oil change caused the damage. I reached out to valvoline. The manager of this location was rude and was no help. They couldn’t give us the location on where I could reach the district manager. I eventually found of what location he worked at and no phone calls were ever returned. Corporate was just as bad because they took my claim but said they couldn’t help and that the manager had a say so if they will cover the damages. Well of course the rude manager decided not to cover the damage and showed a a video of the piece getting taken off my vehicle and it had to get turned like 6 times and when he put the piece back on he turned it once. We pointed that out to the manager and he stated that it doesn’t take more than one turn for the piece to be secure because of the tool that was used. My car was only 3 years old and they destroyed my car and had no remorse and was very rude. It’s been a disaster dealing with them and getting the run around. Please don’t take your car to them. They will protect their own even when their own mess up peoples cars. So I guess it would be good to work there be a they protect their own but they are trash to customers and don’t care to fix something that they messed up.

I just used the services for an oil change, I'm sorry but I don't remember the name of the woman who helped me and her team, I don't speak English and I can say that I feel very comfortable with the service and work provided, thank you very much, you are amazing, ,

I came to get my oil changed and the staff was very nice. They explained to me the different ones they offered and answered my questions.

Tyler the manager seriously helped me out a few days before Christmas traveling. Transmission fluid change, oil, and battery. Customer service was outstanding to the point where we were laughing together at the end.
