I love going here to get my oil changed. I moved from 2 minutes away in flowood to 15 minutes away in Jackson, and I still drive to this one for oil changes. Every single staff member has been kind and professional on every visit I’ve had. I only had to wait 5 minutes to pull into a lane, and my service was done in 15. They did the 18 point inspection and worked well as a team. The manager is excellent and talks to his employees very respectfully from what I overheard. He also introduced himself, was very kind, and answered my questions. The customer service is mostly what keeps me coming back here, but they also do a great job on my car. I’ve never had them mess up or leave something off of my car, like other places have. I recommend this place to everyoneService: Oil change
I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. It took less than 20 minutes, and the employees were great. Colby was very sweet when getting the information for my car and made sure I had all of my needs taken care of. He told me about the recommended services for my car without being pushy about it. The techs here worked nicely as a team and communicated with each other the entire service, so I was confident that they did things the right way. I will definitely be coming back!Service: Oil change
Will NEVER us their service again!! Guy took my air filter apart and didn't have the slightest clue how to put it back together until I told him. On top of it he broke the latch to close it. You had one job and least you could have did was ask me before opening it if I wanted a air filter. It took over 30mins for him to get it right. First and last time using themService: Oil change
They should remove Instant from their name. Pulled right in for an oil change. A hour a later I pull out with new oil and no new oil filter. They were out of filters for my vehicle and ordered one from a local parts house. It took them 30 minutes to tell me they had to order a filter. I will not be revisiting this location. Had good experiences with the previous owners. Guess things have changed.Service: Oil change
