Nice local drive thru oil change shop. Customer service was good. Prices are acceptable but you can find prices a little bit cheaper but they are very quick though.
The staff was super nice. Have me the option to go conventional or synthetic. Checked all my lights and fluids. I was in and out fairly quick. Price was on point, too. Overall, this is my go-to place for oil changes. They have some pretty good coupons as well.
I have used Valvoline on Highway 51 in Ridgeland for about 30 years. Around 6 months ago a technician broke my rear wiper arm. I filled out a claim form and since then it has been a complete disaster. I have wasted time trying to get answers. I have spoken to their claims department twice with absolute promises that the manager would call me. Never happens. I explained today that I was not playing the cat and mouse game anymore. They broke the wiper arm. Its not the end of the world, but it does reflect on their dedication to clearing up customer problems. I have ended my customer relationship and can easily find a new oil change clinic.
I got an Oil Friday they were out of supplies so I had to Bring my own Supplies in. They didn’t put the Cap back on so ALL the oil burned out and was all over the hood. My car started smoking and wouldn’t start. I called the Manager Danny didn’t help left me stranded to figure things out for myself. Didn’t issue a refund and didn’t complete maintenance checks.Service: Oil change
I was overdue for an oil change. I alway come to the location on Hwy 51. Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Miranda and Kendall. Their customer service and patience with me was exceptional. Miranda explained everything my car needed. I don’t know the first thing about car maintenance but she really helped me understand a lot. I’ve never seen her at this location before. She was such a positive light to my day. This location will always get my business.
I came in for an oil change and had an awesome experience! They were super busy, but got cars in and out as quickly as possible. The tech who changed my oil, Rut, was so friendly, professional, and helpful, even with the extreme heat and a long line of cars. I will be coming back!Service: Oil change
I'm a regular customer here. Normally, great service and knowledgeable staff. For some reason, today they were very slow. Took me over an hour for oil change
I waited almost an hour to get an oil change. When I finally got in the bay, I was told they didn’t have an oil filter for my car. I asked what was I supposed to do after waiting in line for an hour. Answer was, I could go to Auto Zone, get a filter, come back, get in line and they’d change the oil. Apparently customer service was not on the agenda today. Last trip to ValvolinService: Oil change
The employee, Kendall, who worked with me was SUPER friendly, knowledgeable and provided quick service. I'll definitely recommend this location to my friends because of her. Thanks so much for such great service.
