Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I went yesterday for an oil change. I pulled into the bay. "We do not have the right synthetic oil for this car." At an oil change place? OK. They said they were expecting some today. I called first. Yes, we have right oil. Went to the Lynn location AGAIN. 3rd bay - watched as a stream of other cars moved through while I waited behind another car that, apparently, was overheating. After 45 minutes, I was told to pull into the 2nd bay. I waited another 10 minutes. Pulled in. No oil. I told them I HAD CALLED! Response: the guys that answer the phone are in Kentucky and don't know. Then get them OFF THE PHONE! Over an hour wasted. I will NEVER use Valvoline. I will make an appointment so I know I will get the job done. Christ.Service: Oil change

I was amazed at the choreographed workers...they each had a job to do and moved like clockwork. The gentleman marking up my invoice Isaiah was informative and explained everything as they checked fluids, filters and changed my oil. I used a $15 coupon but my final cost was still $93. I was lucky to have that much put aside. I'm a retired senior and I love having my car so I make the sacrifice! The place was great and so were the workers! Katherine

It was wonderful. Employees were polite, clean, and respectful. They explained everything that was being done and did not rush the job. I will definitely recommend them and I will be using them from now on.

There was a little bit of a wait but the guys were super nice & polite. They also tried to kept everyone informed that they were short staffed and trying to get everyone in & out as quickly as possible. I think that made all the difference in the world having to wait a little bit longer!

I took my car to Valvoline for an oil change, hours later I found a puddle of oil on the floor. so I took the car back to valvoline and the manager checked it and he said “the transmission is leaking “ then my mechanic found out a lot of oil all over the engine. So they didn’t put the cap properly or they put the oil outside over the engine The manager insisted that it was not they fault even though, I showed him photos and videos of oil on the engine. very bad experience, especially when they do not accept their mistakes and you have the evidence to prove it. they said excuses to cover up their mistakes.

Terrible service, filter was never changed, cover was put on crooked so it sprayed oil everywhere. Top it all off no receipt given until a email from manager after the oil sprayed on everything. Drain plug was stripped. At first was not offered a refund until two days after they had me drive round trip 4hrs for a replacement oil change. Then after telling them clearly what the name on account was, the refund check was sent with misspelled name on it. First manager told me it was “safe to drive” to New Hampshire from Maine with one quart of oil in my car. Just overall botched oil change!

Absolute worst valvoline around every one of them are exactly what's wrong with this country go to a mom and pop shop screw corporate America

Fast quick..n they jumped my dead battery ...don't like no paper receipts & don't like didn't offer any knowledge of coupons.. Found coupons anyways! They were very vocal thru process all employees communicating what they were doing ..so that was nice to see Also nice to see a woman employed there!
