We’ve been coming to van dorn pediatrics for six years now. My kids LOVE this place!!! Who loves going to the doctor?? Well somehow they manage to make the visit fun, shots included. One time they had a “treasure chest” of goodies for my daughter to choose from as a reward after her shots. Another time they gave us really NICE!! books as well as stickers. The decor in the exam rooms and all around never cease to entertain them as well. We spend any down time looking at the stickers and laughing about them together. Very clean and all the staff have always been wonderful!!
Thank you, Van Dorn Pediatrics! I'm So happy I've found this place. Denise, Jennifer, and everyone in the office was an AMAZING help this week with our school preparation. They really went above and beyond! Our visit with the doctor was great too, I had 3 kids all getting physicals at the same time and she had great energy and made all of them feel comfortable. The waiting room is clean and has books for the kids, and our waiting time was low. I know they handle a lot of patients, but Van Dorn Pediatrics keeps on top of things and will be our primary pediatrics for the foreseeable future!
We LOVE Van Dorn Pediatrics! The staff is efficient and the doctors are very kind and knowledgable. Our child has special needs and her complex medical care has been met here with the highest levels of excellence as well as genuine care for her overall well-being. We strongly recommend this practice and would give it more than five stars if we could!
We have been bringing both of our daughters here since birth 6 and 2.5 years old and they are just phenomenal. The kids actually love coming to the doctors’ office and always enjoy their visits even when they need to get shots, which I’m still a bit in disbelief of. They are made to feel comfortable and brave and Dr. Hanna and Dr. Andrawis are both so warm and tender with them. We couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!
Money hungry hospital. You have to pay $10 to get your children’s records. I’ve never heard of a hospital where you pay to get your own records before! They also charge you $1 for one disposable face mask. A pack of 50 quantity facemask is $7 online! Lots of hospitals give this for free. I will change our hospital before I come across your next hidden fees. Service is not great anyway. Do better Van Dorn Pediatrics!
I LOVEEEE this office. I’ve taken my son to a few pediatricians before finding Dr. Hanna. She is patient with all of my many questions and concerns. I never felt pressured with any vaccine or question about the vaccine. She gives such practical knowledge too. I really feel like we are family. Even the receptionists are so nice and always remember things I’ve said in prior visits. That means a lot. We get books and prizes when we go too. I love the book touch for well visits! My insurance has also given this office headaches, and I appreciate they never directed that frustration that they must have had towards me. Thanks to this office, my son has had the best treatment and loves going to the doctor! i highly recommend this office to all parents who move to the area.
I called to cancel my son's appointment today because there is a snow storm where we live, mind you we have NEVER missed an appointment in 5 years. The lady on the phone said they would not have us as patients if we canceled again . What kind of practice treats patients like this? Should I drive in a snow storm? Why would we come back to a practice who threatens us? Absolutely ridiculous. I will say Dr. Andrawis is a wonderful and kind doctor, but the lady doctor is awful and so is the receptionist depending on who is there.
Amazing place with kind and professional staff. They really care for the young patients. They remember the kids by name and greet them with a smile. The doctors take their time. I definitely recommend it.
This was both my children’s first doctor. The original doctor even cared for my youngest brother and my twin nieces. NOW idk who is running the show but caring for children is not the priority. They try to pressure me into vaccinating my youngest son and since I didn’t fold they will no longer see either of my children. I was told “we don’t see unvaccinated children here. They are a risk to themselves and others”
Very unprofessional!!!! Very money hungry as welll! They won’t even assist you if you need an at home COVID test prescription. During a pandemic go figure. Would not recommend. Thought they were kind but I see on more occasions than one they really aren’t helpful and do not care about your children at all.let me be more specific. The federal government makes at home COVID test free for all with insurance however if you have Medicaid insurance REQUIRES A prescription from your doctor. Which my daughter’s “doctor” if you want to call her that refused to do. Now tell me what doctor would refuse a kid a prescription to take an at home COVID test. Disgusting office here. Find elsewhere. I found another office that was very sweet and helpful. I actually plan on reporting them to the health department
