Love it here! Everyone I encounter is wonderful and so informative. No one is ever rushed, you really feel like they're there for you and that they're truly happy to help. Always an absolute pleasure to visit.

The staff here that I have dealt with are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The selection and variety as well as prices are great. Definitely my preferred greenhouse in London.

I love this place. The best and most reasonably priced selection for unique trees and shrubs in London and area. Returning customer for 4 years in a row :)

Every Garden Centre keeps all the Plants you keep...The only difference comes when you treat customers differently....One of the lady workers was not Interested in providing Information regarding Plants I was looking for.....See, you guys will not always get the Clients who has done PHD in Environmental Engineering and neither you all have done that is understandable.....but when Customer ask you about some basic information like 'which plants would be better for my Desk ???', you should be accountable to provide the Answer...Customer who has enough knowledge is also going to pay the same amount for any purchase....Improvement is needed in the area of "How well we can treat the Customer????????"
