Van Nails

Note: the bandaid on my finger is NOT related to this salon!!! Love the people at Van nails. I love that i can get acrylics that look natural and don't feel SO THICK! I've always been happy with the service here. I've had manis, pedis, and eyebrow wax here. The ONLY thing that MAY bother you is that they have an adorable Frenchie that barks occasionally. 10/10 would recommend

if I could write this place, zero stars I would. I’d actually give them negative points most rude stuff I have ever met. My hand was yanked around and slept like I was a child because he was frustrated with the way I was moving my hand. Then they proceeded to not paint my nails and charge me $40 when I was told a full acrylic set was $35 on the phone. Do not waste your time with this pathetic excuse of an establishment.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. My daughter called them ahead for prices for acrylic nails, they told her the price over the phone…then proceeded to tell her after the fact that that price doesn’t include painting her nails. I’ve never heard of anything like that in my life. Then they screamed at her for trying to use Apple Pay and because she asked them to paint her new nails. She called me on speakerphone and I heard every bit of it. At this point, I’m not sure how this place stays in business but I will make sure everyone knows about their lack of service and courtesy.

I honestly would not recommend this salon. I’ve been here twice now. First time was for a fill 20 minutes, no cuticle oil used, no lotion. Charged 45 for my fill. Second time was for a repair because one of my nails broke 6 days later. The guy who works there shapes well. But when it comes to acrylic lay is another story. I have acrylic all in my cuticles, it hurts. The pictures are of my repair with my finger super swollen. Which will probably have to go get fixed again somewhere else to relieve pressure.Service: Nail repair

Went to get a pedicure and manicure waited atelast 20-25 mintues for them to even start my feet they just had my feet sitting in water .. toes weren’t fully covered in polish.. Brenda also rushed on my nails i went back asked to redo or either get my money back she said she would add a extra coat of polish and file that’s not redoing my nails they aren’t professional at all .. Andy was arguing with a customer in the back just close the whole whole shop they are all about a dollar .. mind you this was supposed to be overlay and i even showed her a picture. Of what i wanted and this is what i got she also tried to charge me a extra 5$ at the end

I like this place. The lady Brenda does great waxes! And the man Andy always have my nails and my toes done right. Although small staff and you have to wait sometimes, they do great quality work.

Love seeing my nails after Brenda does a full set or fill in.

They always do a great job if you tell them what you like, the only problem is that depending on who is doing your nails it can be a 2 hour process for nails and feet, but the service is always good and nails always look great.

I've been going to Vann Nails for a couple of years. I ho there just for my pedicures. Andy is the only only one I prefer to do my pedicure, I'm always satisfied when he does it. I went to get my pedicure today and Andy was busy and I couldn't wait. Someone else did my pedicure and needless to say I am not happy wit it at all. So disappointing. Also they charged me $5 more than they did 5 weeks ago then try to make me think I've always paid that price. Just so disappointed this visit.

Walked in on saturday and she was very busy but took me & my friend, I never seen 4 people work like 1, it was amazing and they did a great job on my nails, I will definitely go back.
