Needed cardboard sheets asap/today/right now. There was a phone speed bump as a new customer. Since I needed guidance. But, when I drove up, I found everyone to be helpful, courteous. Highly recommended. Long Island City location a plus.
They were great and super helpful - went above and beyond to understand my moving situation to recommend the best box dimensions, and when that didn't work out due to the shipping company's limitations they still offered me different options and were super helpful. Would definitely recommend!
The staff is amazing. Whenever I go here the younger lady always helps me and she is very polite and professional. She is always smiling and laughing and you can tell she takes pride in her work
