Done with this place. 5 min from home but it'd be faster to drive to a clinic in Portland. Been here 3 times and every time 2hr wait. And I'm the only one in the lobby. It's a joke
Modern clinic.
They threaten us with charges for being late, or missing appointments. Yet, I'm sitting here 25 min after my start time, still waiting... even checked in 10min early.
We love our pediatrician, Dr. McDonald!
Less than a star if possible. Walked in to ask if they were accepting new patients. Not busy, yet desk female was abrubt and very rude. May be well worth the drive to go elsewhere !!

Lots of frustration and calls to their business office to resolve their billing inaccuracies. Hope they dont confuse patient treatment files as often as they botch the billing.
