A four month process of weighing all the options from location, to type of home (condo vs single family), to financial peramiters, Vanessa and her team provided prompt, understanding, and professional service from start to finish. They went to bat for me and all of me needs. I would highly recommend them as a buyer or seller. There is nobody that knows the Upper Valley better. Rest easy knowing you are in good hands with this company during one of the biggest decisions you make in life.

We have been renting from Vanessa and Bob for years and absolutely love our home! Any time there are any issues at all Bob is here immediately to fix the issue! Would highly recommend them!!

Vanessa was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and patient. She was quick to answer every question we had by email or phone, and helped buying our dream home become a dream come true. There's a reason why most homes for sale in this area have her name on the sign. I will always recommend Vanessa to anyone buying or selling a home.
