By far the most caring dermatologist experience I've had. Dr. Shapiro was absolute chill and easy to talk to. Understood my prob and solved my issue within a few visits.
Both myself and my son seen Dr Igor Romanov. He was very thorough and gave us his time and attention. I’ve called the office a few times with questions and the all the receptionists I’ve spoken to were very nice and helpful!
Dr Shapiro is unprofessional. He kept rescheduling my appointment for the PRP treatment about 4 times. Everytime I arrived I was told he can't do it. Complete waste of my time & money
Had ugly experience with Dr Shapiro this morning. Brought my son as a private patient.dr Shapiro spent literally 4min without even come close to the pt.Being a doctor for 25 years myself I was just shocked
Dr.Shapiro is an excellent doctor. I referred all my family members and friends to him. Everybody are very happy with him.
Terrible! Very disappointed in doctor and her services. Complete disrespect to a patient, overbooked 5 patients for 1 appointment spot. If you come here, be ready to spend 6-8hours, as well as be ready to leave humiliated..front desk so rude. Stay away from this office
