Nicole owner with Anthony dies amazing cut and color. Since moving to N. Caldwell 10 years ago it took me quite a few years, bad cuts/color until I found Vanity Salon. I changed my color drastically went from brown to blonde to hide my gray hairs longer and I drive Nicole crazy for how specifically I want my hair cut. Not only does she give excellence in both I receive compliments weekly from Friends, strangers but she is smart funny and has no ego which is why she really listens to what you want. I rarely if ever give reviews but after visiting dozens of salons in N.Y. and N.J. Vanity salon is my final choice and home ! Staff gets 5 stars also!!!!

I highly recommend Vanity Salon to anyone looking for high quality work, an integrated/supportive staff, and a client-focused mentality! Sincerely, I cannot say nice enough things about the staff's dedication to their customers and their amazing ability to turn any hair into a masterpiece! I came here after having a terrible extension debacle with another salon in town. They inserted fake hair into my head and wholeheartedly convinced me that it was "100% human hair." The staff at Vanity specifically Jackie worked tirelessly all day to rectify another salons deceitful antics and poor quality work. They didn't charge me for the services despite it taking 10 hours to fix my hair. The are angels please go here you won't regret it! Also, if you are looking for a place to get extensions in Montclair DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE and ask for Jackie or Nick--they will take care of you!

Nick is just amazing and a talented stylist, he is so sweet and easy to talk to and truly listens to you, a rare case I have found out in the past. My hair looks and feels incredible. The whole salon is so friendly and just a great atmosphere.Services: Hairstyling

I was there today and had the best experience. Nick is the best stylist I've ever been to. He is so sweet, kind and ultra talented. I was visiting from out of state and needed my color done. Nick gave me the best color and blow out that I've had in a really long time! I wish I could make him my regular hairstylist! My color and blow out was beautiful. I always recommend vanity to my family and friends because they truly are the best in the surrounding area! Nick always gives me the perfect color and cut while maintaining the integrity of my hair. My hair has never been more healthy and long thanks to the proper treatments : everyone at this salon is great and so kind! Highly recommend

I've been going to Alyssa at Vanity for years now and she does an amazing job every time. The environment is welcoming, the staff always offers you tea/coffee/water when you sit down. The salon is very clean and I never have a problem making an appointment, however, I do make all my appointments in advance because Alyssa is so popular! Alyssa has done my wedding hair and my sister's hair and the quality of cut, style, color, blow dry is excellent. I definitely recommend Vanity Salon!

Shame on me for not writing this review sooner. Nick is the Hair King. Even better he is an absolute pleasure to spend time with. Starting my Saturday at Vanity Salon always sets the tone for the day and I always leave with a smile on my face.Service: Haircut

I recently gave this salon a shot after reading the positive reviews. Thankfully, my haircut by Christine lived up to the hype. She was really friendly, gave great advice on taking care of my hair, and gave me an even better haircut. Additionally, the staff is also very friendly. I had to bring my kids with me to my appointment, but still felt very welcome at the salon. I will definitely be coming back to this salon in the future!
