Always a good time in this store. Kinda small but still good stuff and apparel too.

I was very well greeted when I entered the store. All the sales associates were attentive and considerate. They gave me nice tips on the most comfortable shoes etc. Rit and Red were very nice guys. Great store!

We were visiting Georgetown for the day and decided to go for a little shopping. When we saw the vans storefront we knew we had to go in. While entering we were greeted loudly and proudly, knowing that the workers Cameron and Kevin were there for our help and support. The service was very top notch and made for an amazing experience. One associate, who’s mere first day working at the store helped us to get our new shoes. He was extremely kind and for his first day did amazing not only with the service but also with the sociability. At the checkout we were sold very kindly on an aerosol shoe protector and bags which the profit went to autism awareness. Also we were greeted with a journal and charging cord as a reward for our purchases. Overall, amazing experience and service. We could have spent our entire day there. Thank you Cameron and Kevin! We appreciate your hard work!!!!

Visited here on a pretty busy day. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I ended up changing the shoes 4 times and I appreciated the patience of the staff. Great service, also nice variety.

Cameron and Tia were fantastic! They were super patient and helped my wife pick out the perfect pair of shoes despite her difficult size. 3000/10 would go shoe shopping with these fantastic individuals again!

Never had a bad day at a Van's store! Brought my daughter in for a couple of pairs. The customer service was a bit slow as there were only two people working and it was quite busy, but overall it was a good experience.

Gary and Rit were extremely hospitable. They showed me around and were very knowledgeable. You can’t find customer service like this anymore. Thanks so much and see you again!

A very popular store. The staff is friendly. I couldn't not find a shoe suitable for my needs or fit me. Still it's a nice store that sells a successful product!
