There stuff looked like it was old or returned, I found one pair of shoes I really liked, but they didn't have them in my size

I have a huge collections of shoes and vans is one of my favourite among them. I love this store because they have huge collections and variation which I needed.

1st time ever shopping at this vans store.. no one helped me with items I wanted... I was going to buy 3pairs of shoes but no help... so I didn't end up buying anything. So it was upsetting... but maybe things happen for a reason.

Store too small for the amount of traffic we went on a Wednesday the staff friendly and helpful

Didnt pick up phone at all during business hours. Just let ring and ring while I sat there waiting for them to pick up.
