Been coming here since I first started vaping. Almost 10 years ago! Great location, helpful & friendly staff! They had the queens location for a long time, but its since been closed. At their height I believe they had 5 or 6 locations all over NYC. Ive visited them all, but now I believe they are down to 2 or 3. If I am correct, they were the first vape shop ever in NYC located down on rivington! Hope they stick around!

This was my first experience in a vape shop and it was absolutely wonderful! I wanted to switch away from the Juul to something with a lower nicotine level, and the staff was thrilled to hear it! They do not sell any juice as strong as Juul pods. I ended up spending over an hour in the store chatting with the staff, trying out 6 different bodies and almost all of their flavors, and having them explain safety and best practices. Everything they said was focused on me -- they asked about my history, my current habits, and my goals with vaping before showing me any products or making any recommendations. I will certainly be back and would recommend this store to anybody who wants to learn more about vaping or buy from a store with experienced, friendly, and safety/health conscious staff!

The awesome staff was super knowledgeable about everything in the store and was so pleasant and cool about answering all my questions about everything patiently.this place is a gem for everything you need for aperfect vaping experience. I will not be going anywhere else for my vapes or supplies.Very inviting interior. I've always been treated like an old friend and look forward to to my shopping here. Spike definitely has an awesome crew.She is a true Vape Queen ,super knowledgeable and professional.Their BonVape E-Liquid line is Delicious.

I have been cigarette free for 2 weeks and needed a vapor cigarette because I am worried I will mess up when drinking alcohol. The employee was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed. I would totally recommend going to this vape shop even tho you can’t go inside because of the Covid rules. A++++

Was visiting New York and needed Vape refill. Manager was extremely helpful and pleasant. She educated me on a lot of Information on Vape care, especially when traveling by air. Excellent customer service!!!
