VCA Aspenwood Animal Hospital

Went to meet a new Veterinarian for our new rescue. We chose VCA Aspen and couldn’t be happier with our choice. They will be Ruby’s new health care providers.

Great place. We were seen by Dr. Brownlee and she was very kind and patient. Made every effort to make sure we understood everything with our dog and reached out to see if there was improvement in our dogs status. Romeo the office clinician assisted us incredibly as well and was so helpful and patient with our dog who was in incredible pain and needed help being carried everywhere

The staff here is amazing and the exam rooms are very clean. They took excellent care of my Dalmatian when she had a very nasty ear infection. They definitely have my return business as long as I live in Glendale area.

We just found a new vet and really mixed about my experience with VCA. I found their prices high but they took good care of our dog so we were generally happy. What I am not happy about it that they won’t see you last minute for any reason. This happened a couple times and once in an emergency but the icing on the cake was when I called and explained that my dog had badly injured his leg but I had to leave town by the next day as my mom was seriously ill in the hospital. I asked if I could come anytime that afternoon/night or early tomorrow the next day all the way until I had to fly out in the afternoon. No one there was willing to see me so I took my dog to another vet who stayed a bit later that night to attend to him. We have since switched to that vet to continue his care.

Excellent staff. Very attentive and office visits are fast. They are great with bully type dogs!

We've had nothing but amazing experiences at this clinic we have a frequent flyer. All of the staff are always so kind and welcoming and the care is top notch!

I can't recommend this vet enough. Their flexible puppy package with monthly payments is both convenient and budget-friendly. Each visit, we're greeted with excellent customer service, and they consistently provide valuable health tips for our pup. If you're looking for quality veterinary care, this is the place to go.

Thanks for seeing Chili and Chalupa! Everyone here is super kind and the animals are obviously their priority. I love having the myVCA app and access. I can ask vets and techs questions 24/7 about my kids, which has already come in handy.

Update 06/22/2023- this VCA is still great. The front office staff is really professional and patient. They seem to genuinely care. Dr. Obert is really kind to all of my dogs, but I especially appreciate her being nice to Millie as she is really high energy.

I took my kittens in for their first health check, and everyone there was awesome. Adawnous was great with the kittens. He took the time to learn the names of all 4 kittens and how to tell them apart because they have similar markings. Everything was explained carefully, and Mama, babies, and I had a happy 1st experience at the vet.
