Very friendly staff eager to bond with you and your pet. Extremely good at reminding patients when their appointment is and with whom. The atmosphere in the lobby is calm and comforting, with benches for animals to sit next to their humans. Doctors are professional and courteous to owners, being sure to answer all questions we might have no matter how small. Thank you VCA Terrell Mill! Lilith and I love you

Absolutely amazing. Nearly at loss for words. I have been in search of a new vet, and I accidentally stumbled upon VCA Terrell Mills. Katie, at the front desk, was super kind and helpful getting me scheduled for an appointment day of I should mention!! Once I got there, the coziness and interior exceeded my expectations!! Even back in the examination rooms, they had a comfortable spot for “moms” and “dads” to sit- with room for your fur baby to sit with you! <3 Andrea was so freaking sweet and didn’t even mind the pounds of drool my pup left on her lol. I left with a goodie bag with 1 months worth of FREE heart guard and other goodies and info! This will be my forever vet. Already have my next appointment scheduled. Thank you for your amazing service on such late notice and a beautiful, comfortable environment. I usually feel very anxious when my pup is taken back to a secluded area away from me which is typical in every vet office but today I didn’t feel worried at all. Just after one visit, I know I can trust this team with my babies! See you soon!

We just had our 1st and definitely not last appointment here for my new kitty!!! Anytime she needs care, hopefully not too often because obviously, we will be going back! Dina and Scarlet were the techs! Super patient and sweet. Jeepers has a lot of energy and was not a fan of staying still for them but they knew what to do! Dr. Price was also so kind and made us feel very welcome. They made sure to thoroughly check thoroughly check her over and give her lots of love while doing so. I was nervous but everyone was so personal and kind! Definitely recommend!!!!!

I took my recently adopted cat here for a check up and was pleased with my experience. Vet answered all my questions and gave me a gift bag full of goodies for my cat. All costs were shared with me upfront, which I really appreciated.

Just had an amazing experience with the entire staff , from the doctors to the doctor's assistant to the front desk!!! Everyone extremely knowledgeable and polite, I trust my dog's life with these folks with my eyes closed. Thank you to all of you!

So far I really have been pleased with the service. I went out of town and left my dog with an ex to find that he was rushed to ER for treatment after determining he had kidney stones blocking his ureter..after he was stable my goal was finding a vet who would explain treatment options so I'd understand was important. VCA staff really has been amazing. They suggested a diet plan for him and later if the stones remained an issue to have surgery to remove. I was very concerned about surgery but I do have faith that they will work with me and only resort to that as the very last option. Essentially, I do feel that my dog is in very good hands and will be very well cared for.

On Christmas Eve, the team at VCA Terrell Mill office handled my beautiful seventeen-year toy poodle journey home with dignity and honor. Even though it was Christmas Eve, the staff did not rush us to leave; they allowed us time to cry and hold my baby in my arms to say goodbye. I will be using them for all of my pet needs.

I love this location. I brought my previous pet here as well several years ago and the level of service has not changed. I always feel they have a personal relationship with my pet even if they really don’t remember her lol. Always quit turn around time and communication.
