Pre-Sale: I have been searching for a new truck online and in the Phoenix area where I live for about 4 months. I was in the market for a 2017 F250 Diesel 4x4, fully loaded, with low miles, and in like-new condition. I called every ford dealership within 100 miles of me, visited 4, spent several hours in negotiations, only to walk out because of the typical games that are played at most dealerships. False promises, not honoring ad prices, dodging, ignoring, or deferring specific questions. Most tried sneaking in extra fees like window tine, nitrogen in the tires, paint protection, etc. Then I found Vegas Motorcars. I sent an email on a Saturday after hours requesting more information about a truck they had listed. Monday, I called the dealership around 11AM, and was greeted by my salesperson, Amberlyn. I mentioned my name and that I was following up about the truck. She knew immediately who I was, and confirmed that she received my request for information and was working on it -- and told me the truck was still available. She sent the information to me as promised, and I responded with several specific questions about the truck. After a few phone calls and emails, I called in again and an owner? Charles picked up. It was the one time I called and Amberlyn wasn't available. He offered to help, so I started firing off questions regarding financing, where to get the best rates, cash vs finance, as well as some of my concerns about buying a vehicle that was not in my home state, and how that taxes would work etc. He was answered all of them. So, I asked him to hold the vehicle for me, and I paid a non-refundable deposit to hold the truck for 7 days They extended it to 10 days since it was Thanksgiving week. An appreciated gesture of good faith from the dealership. You don't see that very often, especially with vehicles in high demand. Within 5 minutes of placing the deposit, I received a copy of the deposit receipt. Since the deposit was non-refundable, I was a bit nervous and had an slew of detailed questions about the truck and transaction, and Amberlyn addressed everything to the T. We exchanged probably 10+ emails over the course of Thanksgiving week. She was very responsive and detail oriented the whole way through. Her communication was very reassuring, as I began the process of buying a an expensive truck. By end of business Tuesday, most of my questions were answered and Amberlyn had performed everything from a visual inspection, checked engine hours, checked all the lights, and verified warranty information. She even sent videos of the truck inside and out. Transaction: She confirmed the cost and provided a simple breakdown of the out the door price. I booked a flight from Phoenix to Las Vegas that Saturday, and mentioned that I would be driving home from their dealership if the test drive and a quick inspection went well. She prepared the truck and all of my paperwork before I arrived at the dealership. We spent more time on the test drive than it took me to sign the papers! Nobody wants to work with someone who uses sleezy sales tactics, dodges questions, or says "I don't know." Amberlyn works hard for her customers and I would recommend you ask for by name if you're considering buying a vehicle from Vegas Motorcars. She was able to handle the entire transaction from start to finish. Post Sale: The truck seems to be in great condition. It's fully loaded, the interior and exterior are in great condition, and the truck was sold to me "as advertised." I drove the truck home to Phoenix. I forgot to get a copy of a document I had requested, and Amberlyn took the initiative to contact me on her day off to assure me that she would send it out on Monday. Monday came and the document arrived as promised! My experience with Vegas Motorcars was extremely positive. Amberlyn was able to inspire confidence in my purchasing decision from out of state. I took a gamble with Vegas Motorcars, and won! Thank you Amberlyn & Vegas Motorcars for the wonderful purchasing experience!

Juan got me approved for the loan and I walked away with this beautiful 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid! I highly recommend Vegas Motorcars! I bought a 2016 Mustang GT Performance Package from Vegas Motorcars in June 2018. The car was just as described. It was lightly modified exhaust, cold air intake, lowering springs. Car looked great, sounded great, and drove great. It was and still is a beautiful car. Upon test driving the car we found a minor knick and scratch in the front fascia. They insisted that they fix it so the fascia looked brand new. I had to wait a few days to pick up the car but it was worth it. I have added some additional appearance mods to the car and it is PERFECT. Juan was my salesman and he was easy to work with and provided solid customer service. I applied for financing on Memorial Day and got a great rate, but he followed up with one of the credit unions in town because their rate was lower but due to the holiday they didn't immediately respond. He remained persistent and finally got in touch with them and we secured an even lower rate than expected! I would do business with Vegas Motorcars again. I've purchased cars almost strictly from manufacturer dealers in the past and spent hours at the dealership. The price of this car was below market value even with the modifications and after the test drive we came to a quick agreement on price and I was out the door with the deal done in less than an hour! They even changed the front tires they were already on order when I agreed to purchase the car, had the oil changed, and had the car inspected by a certified Ford dealer. Awesome car and great experience!
Friendly workers,offer you water once inside the building. Chase was very helpful and informative. He help me with a deal we both agreed on. With my bad/low credit and getting denied in every used car dealrship.he got me approved at a bank now I have a chance to rebuild my credit. They have very nice cars with very low mileage,clean working condition. definitely will get your money's worth. I am happy and satisfied with my purchase.
I've purchased several vehicles during my lifetime, and this was by far the best buying experience I've ever had! Charles responded quickly to our initial online request, and he worked quickly to get everything together to streamline and expedite the process. When we arrived, all those we interacted with were very helpful and courteous. Every vehicle on the lot looked like it was in top condition, and the office was very clean and accomodating. Something happened 16 days after purchase that made me hesitate to give a 5-star rating, but they worked quickly to attempt to resolve the issue. Even though the vehicle purchase took place 16 days ago, the information wasn't sent to the DMV until today, a day after expiry of the temporary tag. The woman in the title department assured me that it was okay that she had totally forgotten to send it, because we should still have a few days to go on the temp tag. When I pointed out that it was already a day past, she made sure to overnight everything right away. I'm assuming things will work out fine tomorrow, but just as a friendly warning, maybe make sure you check on the paperwork every single day until vehicle registration is complete. I was assured it would all be sent over a week ago, but then I failed to follow up. Other than that issue, I highly recommend this place. We will be buying more vehicles in the future. Thanks!
Chase was so awesome and pleasant to work with! He took care of us and made sure the car we bought used was in top notch condition before we took it home. He also worked magic with our loan. It was a great experience and we'll definitely be going back when we need to replace our other car!
The sales associate profiled me based on my down payment NOT my Credit Score!!! I was interested in a 2013 BMW 7series, price tagged at $27k. When I explained to the sales associate my credit score is a 700 and I have $1,500 down payment. He stated I would need at least 3k down payment but never ran my credit!!! Upon running my credit I was NOT APPROVE and again asked to bring in at least 3k down payment. When I received my hard inquire statement from the credit bureau in the mail, the sales associate ran my credit for a $200k loan on a $27k 2013 BMW 7 Series!! Scratching my head!
I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Juan and have been very happy with all of them. I have had amazing customer service from him. He follows through and really makes sure you are happy with your purchase. Other dealerships can't compete with their prices. No reason to go anywhere else.
They made buying a car a relaxing experience. There was no pressure and they helped me along the buying process. They accomodated an outside mechanic to check on multiple vehicles and the mechanic raved about their inventory. After 6 months the car is perfect. The only issue is that the dealership lot is in the dirt so when there is high winds you get dust in all the engine bays.
