Vegas Tickets

With the help of Vegas Tickets, I've attended 4 events in the last month. Their staff was attentive and timely with my requests. At one of the recent concerts, the will call desk had a mix up and didn't have my tickets. In a panic, I was able to have Jocelyn on the phone at 7 p.m. talking to the man at will call. The company and their employees were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We got David Copperfield tickets at the last minute at a great price. VegasTickets was prompt and professional throughout the whole process, my husband and I will be sure to use them for all of our ticket needs the next time we're in Vegas!!

Ticketmaster is committing fraud by misleading customers. 2 different events Describe the same way Except for a small detail MGM same time same DAYS . A Concert and a Streaming of BTS. However I only saw Advertisement for the concert.

Recently I bought tickets for 2 different shows, 1 for each daughter and their boyfriends. When I received the tickets for them and checked, they were better than I thought for the price, they weren't that expensive but were real good seats. I purchased seats one time a few years ago for myself and I actually met the owner of the company, way cool, he delivered them himself.

We purchased tickets from this company before reading any reviews on them. If we had of read the reviews, and now having experienced the company first hand we definitely would not have purchased from them. My advice to anyone wanting show tickets in Vegas is to shop around. This company is a reseller of tickets and once purchased the sale is final. We paid $81 per person for a show, including the children both under the age of 12 when you can actually purchase the same ticket for $40 per person and each child under 12 is free with and full paying adults. AVOID being RIPPED OFF by this reselling ticket company and avoid having to deal with their staff who we found to be rude and unpleasant

Roger and his team are the best. They have helped on numerous occasions get tickets to sold out events and to get better tickets than what was listed elsewhere. Their service is second to none! They make top tier service their #1 priority and were able to use their relationships to get us a dinner reservation at a restaurant that was full. If you want a great tickets and a great experience, look no further. Thank you!

I was looking for NFR Rodeo tickets last minute and also wanted to see George Strait same weekend. Could not find any good seats on line. Would never trust a scalper with possible fake tickets. Heard about Vegas Tickets. Called them. Wow! I was thrilled to be able get great seats for NFR and sat Front row for George Strait. I don’t know how they do it, but all tickets were valid and we had the greatest time. Will definitely use them again and refer my friends.

The 1 star is only because there is not an option for less. I ordered tickets months before the concert, called them the week before as I still had not heard about tickets being shipped and they still did not have the tickets ready. They called me the day before the concert, which is when I was leaving my house for the concert, and said they could still ship them overnight delivery, but they would be delivered after the concert started. I had to pick the tickets up myself from their office and they argued with me about refunding my shipping costs since they did not ship them. The concert closed early due to unforeseen events, and while all other companies selling tickets to the event are refunding the tickets, they refuse to do even a partial refund. Spent near $1000 for two tickets just to be ripped off and treated poorly by staff. This company does nothing but bad business, and they treat their customers awful.

Here for the Rodeo this year. My friends purchased tickets for us and was to get them deliver by this office. So we get them and the tickets are good with prices too but the man deliver them to us he didn't know to show any appreciation for our business. Customer appreciation would be nice and change would be very good for us to have.

I purchased tickets to a show almost 5 months before the show date. Specifially a certain section. When I contacted vegastickets 2 days before the show to add an additional seat I was told my seats were not in the section I purchased but comparable seats were issued. A mirror image - across the arena opposite side, not the finish line side, no comparison! I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS SITE!!
